Sorry I have been in lurker mode of late - family and job demands have been
significantly higher than normal of late.
Does anyone have a replacement brand and/or P/N for the (under car) fuel
filter on the ZDJL wagon? Mine was running fine until I put some premium
branded gas through it (Shell - "Top Tier Fuel"!!) and the old gal started
to cut and stumble quite badly. Much to the car's credit, it was able to
avoid what could easily have been a roadside situation under very adverse
conditions (late at night, cold temps, very long and lonely road, wife on
board, needed to be at work next day). Mario's Garage here in Toronto, (the
most knowledgeable of Peugeots - as well as being honest and reasonable)
changed the plugs and cleaned up the throttle body and it has run much
better since. It is due for an emissions check today and although I am not
expecting a problem, despite 200,000 miles, if there is an issue, the first
thing I want to change is that fuel filter. Any advice gratefully received.
