18 km = 11.3 mi
1 liter = 35/128 US gallon
128/35 X 11.3 = 41.25 mpg

according to my calculations

What does 18km per liter equal in US miles per gallon? anyone know of a conversion chart? Looking forward to the pictures! I have some friends up in the 12 kingdoms area over near Burma.

As for me, I have successfully completed the 2500km part of my journey   from Jaipur in Rajasthan in northern India to Kerala in the south   India. My 405 has done very well through some very bad roads full of   craters and rough patches and we have managed to reach safely and in   comfort.

I will post some pictures soon, so that you can see what kind of roads   and landscape that we managed to pass through in our trusted 405   Diesel. The car returned an average fuel consumption of 18kmpl   throughout the journey.
