The project 505: 1988 Peugeot 505 turbo.

 This is our project. We love it, we hate it, we swear at it, we wrench on it... it's great fun really. I'm a college graduate, and student, going back through a second program in engineering. This project is extremely low budget, which makes it all that much more fun. Every modification so far, and probably ever, will be done by myself and my co-webmaster, with help from friends and such. Current Engine modifications:
  • Front mount intercooler

  • Horsepower: ~225 whp @ 4805 rpm
  • Torque: ~245 ft. lbs @ 4862 rpm
  • Redline: 6,500 rpm

  • 0-60: ~5.9 sec (as of 8/03... not very recent)
  • 1/4 mile: ~14.5 (as of 8/03... not very recent)

  • Price paid: $1,100
  • Fun Factor: Ridiculous.
